Rennie was very friendly and helpful he always has a smile on his face. I was almost going to start going to get my car serviced in Santa Ana because I found a dealer that works with Saturn and it's closer to home but I really like how all the staff treats me here in Irvine. It's worth the drive.

Anthony has worked with me before. Every time I go the service is right but it seems that it takes so long to finish. I dropped off my truck at 10:30 am and didn't get it back till 4:30 pm.

Everything performed on my Warranty work as promised (Airbag Module). On time and as scheduled. Was actually able to get in one day early. Service Advisor Rini also got me another warranty item to be repaired in the future ( Key Fob). Car was returned exactly as delivered and had a better than average Wash and cleaning. Keep up the good work.

It was a great experience and I feel these people like their work place and it shows through their customer service. Great Job! The work was finished in the estimate that was given and I was promptly called and told me car was ready.

I had my ups and downs communicating with the service dept and GMC regional office, but overall it was very good. Hope when i go next time for any kind of service they take into consideration the fact that customer service is the most important thing in any business.

The customer service technician was professional and courteous. Checking in was little long, may be because this was my first visit to this dealership. The repair was done quickly and as promised. Price was little high. The shuttle service is well appreciated.
